The best, all in one tool for Hosting Warcraft III games is VCK (Visual Custom Kick). So head over to the download VCK page and get it! It comes with a heavily customizable autorefresher and other great tools. This tutorial will only cover Autorefresh.
Downloading, Installing, and Running shouldn't be a problem.
First, click Tools:
- Click Tools
Then, click Visual Autorefresh:
- Click Visual Autorefresh
Finally, set up everything as shown here:
- Set everything up, then click Save Settings
Every time you press your Insert key, this will happen:
- Result

"퀀" is the only way. But on utf8-hun localized computers, "í" is "đ". "퀀" doesn't even work for utf8-hun, those localizations need "đ€€".

I'm a bit concerned about this program. I have already been banned once and I couldn't play for 6 months. I want to believe I was banned because of Banlist or maybe the maphack. And I was thinking of downloading only autorefresh this time, without customkick and namespoofer.
You are a pro so I would listen to your opinion.

As I said above, I use VCK every day and I am still not banned.
Many people posted on VCK forums saying that it got them banned, I believe they are liars. The real reason they (and you 6 months ago) got banned is maphack.
If you don't want to risk your account, close every program while playing Wacraft.
If you want a good playing experience, only use tools that are not cheats.
If you don't care about getting banned, use everything you got. It is fun for few hours, and then you inevitably get banned.
Three tools I consider safe:
VCK
BL
LC
One tool that gets you banned for sure:
Maphack
One tool that is safe but I don't recommend using it:
Namespoofer

No but seriously I have cracked up reading all the mistakes you corrected. I just wanted to let you know that you just made my day.
Not only that but VCK makes WC3 get a fatal error since the new patch. The error is basically saying that wc3 is shutting down due to another program-(VCK) is accessing it without its permission. So VCK-(even the newest version) does not work with WC3 anymore.

VCK does not access war3 memory unless you have the "Visual Healthbar Shower" tool enabled.
By the way I just updated to VCK 4.0.0 and War3 to 1.24c and no crash.

Sorry for noticing but I use "VCK" everytime I host a game I.e. Dota, footman wars, mazes. I have no problems like crashes and errors even on the newest patch. Anyway d

Are you saying use a boot camp or parallels (I have both)? And if so that hardly counts as mac, because it is the fact that the macintosh cannot run .exe's that is the problem. Also the parallels is super glitchy and gets random pop-ups, and the boot-camp hard disk does not have enough room for Warcraft III.
And yes, I googled it, I also googled a lot of things, but you should not say "for PC and MAC" if it is not truely for the Macintosh OS, unless of course you specify exactly how to do it on the mac.

Your points are valid and I apologize for assuming prematurely that you didn't know how to Google. I have never used macs, only linux. Linux ran my windows applications perfectly through a program called WINE so I assumed a more hyped os like mac could do it too, but it looks like I shouldn't have expected so much from Apple. Anyway, I titled this post "for PC and MAC", because the last paragraph reads: "Are you on Mac, cut off from all this fun? Here are two links…" and I think the second link is exactly what you are looking for; an autorefresher for the mac.
Please let me know if you found any way to run VCK on mac.

Only refresh once every 5-10 seconds, don't spam it.
No worries, you will be unbanned 5-15 minutes after the incident.

Hey 3ICE, don't think of me as an idiot, but, I can't seem to get VCK to work. I'm not really the computer genius type of guy. If you show something to me, I'll remember it if I want or have to. Otherwise, I don't know much about computers.
This is what I did, I clicked on 'download VCK' in "So head over to the download VCK page and get it!" Then I downloaded v4.0.1. I then clicked on the words in red that said, "IN ORDER TO RUN VCK YOU MUST HAVE WINPCAP INSTALLED!!!" I downloaded 4.1.1 in the site that popped up. This is where I get stuck. What do I do now? Like I said, I'm not a computer whiz, I don't know this kind of stuff.
I'd appreciate any kind of help you can provide.

No, it can't.
Two solutions come to mind:
Leave only one slot open and spam will be greatly reduced.
-or-
Use a hostbot. Hostbots can send the "game refreshed" packet to Battle.net whenever they want, without having to trick war3 with joining and leaving player-illusions.

The official website is also down. Unfortunately the domain expired and the author didn't renew it.
Looks like it hasn't been updated since 2008 (I checked via archive.org) and the forum was showing severe signs of neglect as well; obvious from it being drowned in spam and all lately.
Mirrors are still available for VCK, but I rather just use hostbots now instead.
